Do I have to come up with the design?

No- Interior and exterior holiday design is our specialty! After you submit your customer intake form, one of our friendly and professional holiday lighting experts will reach out to you and get an understanding of your vision, ask you to send in some photos, and schedule a time for one of the owners to come to your property to help make your vision come to life!

Do I have to buy the lights?

No! We want to keep you out of the stores during the busy holiday season and also know that trends change and each year new functional features are added to lights and decorations. We stay up-to-date on the latest trends so you don’t have to buy new lights each year!

I already have Christmas lights, can you use those?

In order to ensure the highest quality standards, we do not let clients supply their own lights. We purchase brand new, top-of-the-line holiday lights each year.

Do I have to store the lights/Who keeps them after season?

No! We understand that our clients want to enjoy a beautiful winter wonderland at their home without the burden of storing the lights the rest of the year and taking up valuable garage space.

Do you take them down?

Yes! Here at North Pole Holiday Lighting, we are an all-inclusive company. From design and installation to maintenance and removal after the season, when you go with the professionals at NPHL, you won’t need to lift a finger the whole season! Holiday light removal begins the first week in January (weather permitting).

What happens if it rains?

All of our lights are water resistant, but it is always best to minimize the lights’ exposure to water as much as possible. Make sure your sprinklers are off and facing away from the lights at all times.

What happens if my lights stop working?

The North Pole Holiday Lighting team is happy to help! We will come out to your property within 48 hours of a problem and will help you troubleshoot in the meantime, odds are it is a quick, easy fix! 90% of problems with your lights are because the GFI pops. All you need to do is reset the GFI at your breaker box and you’ll be back up and running in no time! Something else to consider is if your sprinklers are running- while the lights are water resistant, direct contact with water should be avoided whenever possible.

When do the timers turn on/off?

Our timers are customizable to fit your goals! You can set the lights to be on from dusk to dawn or 4, 6, or 8 hour bursts!

Do you have a minimum order?

Yes- in order to provide our clients with the highest quality of service and equipment each year, we have a minimum order requirement of $4,000.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes- 50% of the total is due as a deposit at the time of booking and the remaining 50% is due upon completion of installation.
