  1. Mizner Park Amphitheatre: For something a little different, check out Mizner Park’s 60-foot “Holiday Tree.” This towering tree is wrapped in over half a million LED lights and is truly a sight to behold.

  1. Royal Poinciana Chapel: This historic chapel in Palm Beach is decorated with over 14,000 white lights for the holidays. Every year on Christmas Eve, they host a special candlelight service beneath the twinkling lights.

  1. CityPlace: Downtown West Palm Beach’s CityPlace is home to dozens of shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues…and one very big Christmas tree! The 100-foot tall tree is illuminated with over 100,000 LED lights and is absolutely stunning. Make sure to visit CityPlace during your holiday light tour of Palm Beach County!

  1. Clematis by Night: Every Thursday night from November through April (with extended hours during December), West Palm Beach’s famous Clematis Street closes down to traffic so that visitors can enjoy live music, food trucks, and (of course) beautiful holiday lights strung up throughout downtown.

Holiday Lighting installation tips every homeowner must know about!

Holiday Lighting installation tips every homeowner must know about!

Holiday Lighting Jupiter Island, Holiday Lighting Wellington

Are you a homeowner? Is the approaching holiday season already giving you sleepless nights as you struggle to figure out how holiday lighting installation really works? Well then, you have run into the right article! Here are four lighting installation tips to get you started on your holiday lighting journey.

# Don’t fancy your way into a fracture!

We’ve all fallen victim trying to keep up with a trend we saw on social media- especially those elaborate holiday displays that fill our feed. But, nobody wants to celebrate Christmas with a broken foot either. If this is your first time experimenting with holiday lighting installation without professional holiday light installers, then it is best to keep the designs simple and approachable.

# Keep an eye out for wiring faults

When it comes to lighting installation, wiring faults can be a real pain. Oftentimes when you leave holiday lights in storage for a year, they won’t turn on for the next holiday season! On top of that, it gets even worse if you discover the faults too close to the holiday and have to brave the busy stores. If you want to take holiday lighting matters into your own hands this year, it is best to check all of the lights early!

# Waterproof lighting for the win

Outdoor lighting is always at the mercy of nature. Even if Mother Nature were to spare them, it is South Florida and the lights are likely to run into moisture when stored. If you expect your holiday lighting to last several years, it is best to invest in waterproof products- they will save you time and money in the long run, but most importantly, save added stress during the holiday season!

# How much is too much?

This is an answer that only an expert can deliver to you. When dealing with holiday lighting installation by yourself, you are always at the risk of an overwhelming workload and underwhelming results. Years of experience can help you gain better clarity, but hiring a professional holiday lighting company is a great place to start

There are just a few tips from seasoned professionals. Like every other skill, understanding holiday lighting installation takes time. Feel like you don’t have the time to learn it all? There’s a solution to that- professional holiday light installers.

And if you are looking for help with holiday lights in palm beach county, North Pole Holiday Lighting is just the company for you. Our trained professionals will help you design a custom lighting display, sure to make your home stand out in palm beach county? Reach out today!

5 Holiday decoration tips

Well, Christmas is around the corner and it’s time to create loving memories with family and friends once again. But do you know what makes this the best holiday of the year? Yes, you are right: the decorations! This is the time of the year when we all get to experience a winter wonderland no matter how big or small.

North Pole Lighting has been serving Palm Beach County for over 10 years and here are our top 5 tips for Christmas decorations!

Measurement is important

We all know our home like the back of our hand, however, it’s always recommended to do all the measurements first before laying out any plan or design. This is the first step in planning your decorations for your winter wonderland.

Color is queen

Life would be incomplete without colors and selecting the right color plays a huge role in making your home the winter wonderland of your dreams. Just like you decide the color of that perfect holiday outfit, choose a color scheme that suits your house and its surroundings.

Try giving it a twist

Traditional Christmas decorations are always great, but this time try giving it a twist by using a few of your interior decoration ornaments for the exterior of your home. They won’t make up the bulk of your decorations but are more like the cherry on top.

Don’t forget about the backyard

Most people go all-in for the front yard, but leave out the backyard! The backyard is also part of the home and it should also be decorated with the same efforts as the front. Decorations in your backyard can be a surprising extension of the holiday spirit for family and friends alike.

Lighting is king

If the color is queen, then lighting is the king! Lights give your Christmas decorations that “WOW” factor and are the final and most important touch. Choosing the best light for your home type is very important. If you have a modern home go with modern lighting and a traditional lighting scheme for a traditional home. Don’t use a combination of LED and conventional lighting in the same area of your home, as the difference in their brightness is noticeable.

Why worry about your decorations when there are plenty of other important things like gifts and holiday parties to focus on? Take some of the stress out of the holiday season by having your decorations professionally taken care of.

North Pole Lighting is here for your rescue, with more than 10 years of expertise in providing the perfect lighting solution for your home. Let us do what we do best so you can spend time with your loved one this holiday season.
